1. Scope of Application
These T&C apply to all transactions between us and consumers or businesses placing orders through our online shop.
2. Contractual Partner and Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Vanwall GmbH.
The ordering process involves the following steps:
- You place a binding order by clicking the “Order” or “Buy Now” button.
- You will receive an order confirmation email (not yet acceptance).
- The contract is finalized only when we send the shipping confirmation or dispatch the goods.
3. Prices and Payment
- All prices include applicable VAT and are shown in EUR.
- Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
- Payment methods include credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or bank transfer (if available).
- Payment is due immediately upon contract formation.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver within the EU and other supported countries.
- Estimated delivery times are listed on product pages.
- Risk of loss passes upon delivery (for consumers) or upon dispatch (for businesses).
5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers only)
Consumers have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. You can find detailed information in our Withdrawal Policy.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. For business customers, warranty is limited to one year and excludes indirect damages unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
8. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Sales Convention.
If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or public-law special fund, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is our registered office.
